HKV Builders, Inc is owned and operated by Kevin O. Edwards. Kevin O. Edwards has been working in construction since 1985. He graduated from Thaddeus Stevens College in 1990 with a degree in Carpentry Technology. Kevin worked for a general contract until 1996, when he opened his business.
